Who we are

This website belongs to Saint Constantine Luxury Suites, Paraga, 84600 Mykonos, Greece. Phone (+30) 22890 25364. We are responsible for the personal data described here.

Availability requests

The availability form does not send or store anything on this website. When you press the button, your own email app opens with a message containing the details you typed. Nothing reaches us until you send that email.

When you email or call us, we use your name, contact details, dates and message only to answer you and, if you book, to manage your stay. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and for our legal and tax obligations.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies and does not track you. We do not use analytics or advertising tools. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

Your browser's local storage keeps a note that you have seen the cookie notice, so it does not appear again, and for the current visit only, that we have shown you our availability reminder. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Hosting and links

The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are served from our own website, not from third parties.

Links to Google Maps, to our sister property Paraga View and to other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to its use, or ask us to limit it. Contact us using the details above.

You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
